This program supports colleges in implementing energy and global warming solutions. Fifteen universities in the Northeastern US are listed, with descriptions of actions they are taking to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The site also contains links to the Campus Climate Action Toolkit, which is an emissions inventory calculating tool, and the Massachusetts Clean Powered Campuses project, a model for increasing renewable energy use.
